Synopsis: Heroes Kim and Ron face the problems of starting high school as freshmen when their team gets an addition. Every hero needs a villain and one’s just been sprung from prison. Will Kim save the world again or will high school bog her down?
Todd’s Role: I don’t know any modern-day actor who manages to stuff as much humour and pathos into his roles as Todd does. Kim Possible started as a cartoon, ergo Drakken is a very cartoon-esque villain. I’m not sure we’re supposed to care for him, but the way Todd plays him… you kinda can’t help it. Even when Drakken is overly confident in his (frankly awful) plans.
He’s a little pathetic, a lot dweeby, and honestly how Shego hasn’t smothered the idiot in his sleep, I don’t know. Still, he’s cute in an awkward-nerd fashion and Todd is clearly having fun, which elevates his performance further.
